Because Macs are more restrictive systems, they can block the execution of some simple files. To resolve this, follow the instructions below:

Often, when watching the tutorial, users don’t realize that the folder named “AtomX-3.2.5” should be pasted into the extensions folder. This happens because users download the plugin, extract the folder, and paste the entire folder into the extensions folder instead of the “AtomX-3.2.5” folder, which is inside the extracted folder. In this case, verify that the folder pasted into the extensions folder is the correct one: “AtomX-3.2.5”.
Inside the folder containing the extension you downloaded, there is a folder called “Update CSXS Premiere Pro”. In this folder, there is a file that needs to be run before opening the extension. Run this file with Premiere closed to activate the extension.
NOTE: This process is shown in the installation tutorial, but sometimes it goes unnoticed by the user.
The “AtomX” extension is a free plugin and can be downloaded from anywhere on the internet. What you actually pay for are the packages that are installed within it. The plugin we provide on our page “DOES NOT ASK FOR A CODE TO INSTALL THE PACKAGES”. If it’s asking for a CODE, it’s because the plugin was downloaded and installed from somewhere else.
An easy way to verify if the installed plugin is from our platform is to open the extension and check its name in the top left of the window. If it says PacotesFX – AtomX, it’s our plugin. If it says only AtomX or any other name, it’s not from our platform.
